Refunds and Returns Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any item which is deemed to be faulty providing the customer has made contact via email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The item must be sent back in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 7 days. We will refund the cost of the actual item only. We do not refund the cost for postage and handling. The refunded monies will be returned to the customer’s account where the payment was originally made from within 7 working days of receiving the faulty goods. The exchanged items will be shipped to the customer within 7 working days of receiving the faulty goods at no additional postage and handling charges. In the event of the exchanged item being currently out of stock we will offer another item at equal value or we will endeavor to get the original item as soon as possible. We do not refund for change of mind, incorrect colour choice or incorrect colour ordered. Please check your order carefully prior to submitting payment. We accept no responsibility for costs incurred in the return of any items to our Head Office.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We choose to use Australia Post to send our goods for its reliability and cost effectiveness for our customers. Express Post is guaranteed delivery in 2 business days however depending on the area you reside in it may take up to 3 days. When choosing Regular Post please allow up to a maximum of 7 working days for your product to arrive. If you have not received your product after these time frames, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders
The fastest and most convenient way to place an order is to use your PayPal account or Credit Card via our online shopping cart which is a secured site. Once we receive payment your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Alternatively we do accept Direct Deposit. Please call our Head Office if you wish to proceed this way. Please note it may take longer to process and dispatch your order if paying by bank transfer.
Changes To Your Order
We like to advise that once your order is processed we are unable to make any changes or add any additional items to your order. A separate order will need to be submitted and therefore additional postage and handling fees will apply.
Back Orders
We endeavour to keep our shopping cart up to date with our current stock levels, however occasionally we may process your order with an item out of stock. As a result you may receive your order with an item missing. On your invoice B/O will be written next to the missing item. This indicates the item is on Back Order. We will ship your back ordered products as soon they are available with no additional shipping charges. We will notify you prior to dispatch if you do in fact have an item on back order.
